What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (HAMILTON ROAD, SUTTON IN ASHFIELD) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (4320)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Sutton in Ashfield in the District of Ashfield:
1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road: -
HAMILTON ROAD, SUTTON IN ASHFIELD
(the north-west side)
From its junction with B6022 Newark Road in a north-easterly direction for 130 metres
From a point 173 metres north-east of its junction with B6022 Newark Road in a north-easterly direction for 46 metres
From a point 400 metres north-east of its junction with B6022 Newark Road in a north-easterly direction for 10 metres
(the north-east side)
From a point 3 metres south-east of the north-western kerb line of Hamilton Road in a south easterly direction for 7 metres
2. Proposed prohibition of Waiting (Monday – Friday 09.00 hours until 17.00 hours) along the following length of roads:
HAMILTON ROAD, SUTTON IN ASHFIELD (the north-west side)
From a point 130 metres north-east of its junction with B6022 Newark Road in a north-easterly direction for 43 metres.
