Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 – U51323 Maple Avenue from its junction with B4637 Tolladine Rd for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction.

Closure 2 – U51312 Holly Mount Rd from its junction with B4637 Tolladine Rd for a distance of 25 metres in a southerly direction.

Closure 3 – U51334 Teme Rd from its junction with U51312 Holly Mount Rd to its junction with U51335 Avon Rd.

Reason: Gas main replacement by Cadent.

Alternative route:

Closure 1 Diversion – B4637 Tolladine Rd, U51312 Holly Mount Rd, U51322 Birch Ave, U51323 Maple Ave (part) and vice versa.

Closure 3 Diversion – B4637 Tolladine Rd, U51335 Conway, U51334 Teme Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days (24hrs)

Commencing: 13 October 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath AY-521, Abberley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Proposed Order: To close Footpath AY-521, Abberley for its entire length.

The Order has been made to facilitate Carriageway works.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: There is no alternative route available.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

It is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 11 October 2025 (Weekends Only).
