APPLICATION NO. CB/25/02439/FULL Major Development

PROPOSAL: Demolition  of existing respite building and the erection of a single storey equine reception area and habitable accommodation for a temporary period of 3 years.

APPLICATION NO. CB/25/02791/SECM  Section 106 Modification

PROPOSAL: Mod ification of Section 106 Agreement attached to planning permission CB/22/04720/FULL: The S106 requires the discharge of the obligation in relation to BNG prior to the commencement of development.

APPLICATION NO. CB/25/02733/FULL Affects Conservation Area

PROPOSAL: Replacement  of existing rear extension with new rear/side extension with roof lantern, Juliet balcony to rear 1st floor, loft conversion and installation of rear dormer and 2 conservation roof lights to the front with repainting of front elevation brick and woodwork.
