DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH RL-522 (PART) (FORMERLY FOOTPATH NO 19) IN THE PARISH OF ROUS LENCH PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on 4th of September 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath, and modify the definitive map and statement for Worcestershire accordingly: From: a line running from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SP 0142 5332 in a NE direction for 44 metres (m) to OSGR SP 0144 5336. To: a line running from OSGR SP 0142 5332, the footpath proceeds in a NE direction for 3 m to OSGR SP 0142 5332 before turning to the NNE for 8 m, to OSGR SP 0142 5333. The footpath then passes alongside a building, in a NE direction for 34 m to rejoin the original footpath route at OSGR SP 0144 5336. A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Evesham Public Library, Oat Street, Evesham, WR11 4PJ, during normal opening hours. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Mapping Manager, Public Rights of Way Mapping Team, The Countryside Centre, Worcester Woods Country Park, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2LG or countryside@worcestershire.gov.uk not later than 17th of October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
