RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd a chyfyngu aros a mannau parcio ar y stryd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Stryd Fawr(A494), Y Bala am bellter o oddeutu 130 metr gyferbyn â Gwesty’r Llew Gwyn Brenhinol, Stryd Fawr (A494), Y Bala.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar y droedffordd. Rhoi o’r neilltu dros dro – Gorchymyn Cyngor Gwynedd (Gwaharddiad a Chyfyngu aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Ardal Meirionnydd Rhif 11) 2024, fel ei Diwygiwyd, rhif teil FI157 cyn belled a’i fod yn berthnasol i’r ffordd uchod.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar yr 22ain o Fedi 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnodna fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 5 diwrnod.

TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

(HIGH STREET (A494), Y BALA)
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to suspend the prohibition and restriction of waiting and street parking places along that length of High Street (A494), Y Bala for approximately 130 metres opposite the Royal White Lion Hotel, High Street (A494), Y Bala.
The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on the footway.
Temporarily Suspend The Gwynedd Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) (Meirionnydd Area No.11) Order 2024, as varied, tile No. FI157 as far as it relates to the road specified above.
The Order came into effect on the 22nd of September, 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 5 days.
