BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (ROCKY LANE ETC, PERRY BARR) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To introduce 20mph Speed limit on lengths of ROCKY LANE, BALTIMORE ROAD, COLERAINE ROAD, LAVENDON ROAD, WHITBURN AVENUE, DORRINGTON ROAD, DORRINGTON GREEN, MONTANA AVENUE, DERRYDOWN ROAD, LYMEDENE ROAD, TOWER HILL.
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 INSTALLATION OF SPEED CUSHIONS ON ROCKY LANE ETC, PERRY BARR
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (“the Council”) proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to install speed cushions up to a maximum height of 65 to 75mm, 2500mm in length and 1800 to 1900mm in width at the approximate locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed.
