CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**
BIERLEY LANE, TWEED DRIVE AND FELL CLOSE, TONG
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of Bierley Lane, Tweed Drive and Fell Close in the Tong ward of Bradford.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY; or examined on the Council’s website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order; or obtained from David Petcher – Traffic & Road Safety South, by email at david.petcher@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number HS/TRSS/106026/DLP.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing either by post to the address below or by e-mail to objections@bradford.gov.uk quoting the above reference to be received no later than 12 noon on 9 October 2025.
