TEMPORARY ROAD AND FOOTWAY CLOSURE C4 STATION ROAD (WOOLASTON PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C4 Station Road and footway
outside of the property known as ‘Windywell’ for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for sewer connection works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (ST BRIAVELS PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of road.

The reason for the said closures is for broadband and telecommunication works. The said roads are expected to be closed from 30th September 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether they are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/
times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit
the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be

‘3 Mount Crete’ for a distance of approximately 650 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works to rectify carriageway defects.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C6 Road from its junction
with Underhill to Brockweir Bridge, Brockweir, from its junction with Quayside Road to its
junction with the A466 for a distance of approximately 120 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for carriageway resurfacing works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 500404 FROWENS LANE (WESTBURY ON SEVERN PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 500404 Frowens Lane Road for a distance of approximately 100 metres over the Level Crossing.
The reason for the said closure is for rail track works. The said road is expected to be closed between 08:00hrs and 22:00hrs on 30th September 2025 only or until the said works have been completed. Proposal to extend the age range of Coalway Junior School and the closure of the Coalway Community Infant School creating an all-through primary school
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with The School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013 and The School Organisation (Prescribed
Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, that Gloucestershire County
Council intends to:
1.Discontinue Coalway Community Infant School, 63 Coalway Road, Coleford GL16 7HL with effect from 1 April 2026.
2. Make a prescribed alteration to Coalway Junior School, 63 Coalway Road, Coleford GL16 7HL to expand its age range and increase its capacity, thereby enabling it to
accommodate the pupils from Coalway Community Infant School
This proposal will result in the coming together of Coalway Community Infant School and Coalway Junior School to form a single, all-through primary school from 1 April 2026.
The all-through primary school will have a planned admission number (PAN) of 60 and a
capacity of 420 and will cater for pupils aged 4-11 years.
A consultation was held between 16 June and 11 July 2025 and feedback was considered by the governing bodies and the local authority. This notice is an extract from the complete proposals. Copies of the complete proposal can be

The reason for the said closure is for drainage works.
The said road is expected to be closed and restricted each day between 08:30hrs and 15:30hrs from 1st October 2025 until 2nd October 2025 only or until the said works have been completed.
