Prune Park Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PRUNE PARK LANE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works proposed to be executed on or near Prune Park Lane, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Prune Park Lane (bus service road) from its junction with Stony Lane to its junction with Prune Park Lane
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Prune Park Lane (unaffected section) and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into effect at 7:30 hours on the 29th September 2025 and remain in force until 18:00 on the 8th October 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
