RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 (1) (a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Gwnaed y Gorchymyn oherwydd gwaith a oedd yn cael ei wneud ar y llwybrau.  

Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau Llwybrau Troed Cyhoeddus 191 (Rhan), 180, 181 (Rhan) a 179 (Rhan) Dyfawden dros dro, a elwir hefyd yn 205 (rhan), 178, 191 (rhan) a 177 (rhan) fel y nodir ar gynllun y gorchymyn.  

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 24 Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym tan 22 Mawrth 2026 neu nes bod y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf.  

Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodwyd o dan Adran 14 o'r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
SECTION 14(1)(a) - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 191, 180, 181, 179 DEVAUDEN TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order under S14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order was made due to works being executed on the paths.  

The effect of the Order was to temporarily close Public Footpaths 191(Part), 180, 181 (Part) and 179(Part) Devauden, also known as 205(part), 178, 191 (part) and 177 (part) as will be indicated on the order plan.   

The Order will come into force on the 24th September 2025 and will remain in force until the 22nd March 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier.  

By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
