Gwnaed y gorchymyn uchod ar 23ain Medi 2025 Effaith y gorchymyn fydd dargyfeirio'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus sy'n rhedeg o bwynt B (ST4569190204) tua'r gorllewin de-orllewin am 103m i bwynt A (ST4560190158) a chreu llwybr troed amgen ar linell sy'n rhedeg o bwynt B tua'r gorllewin de-orllewin ar 2m o led am 41m i giât cae ym mhwynt C (ST4565490189), o bwynt C tua'r de de-orllewin ar 3m o led am 47m i ymuno â'r ffordd sirol ym mhwynt D (ST4563490147) fel y dangosir ar y map gorchymyn.

Gellir anfon neu gyflwyno unrhyw gynrychiolaeth ynglŷn â'r gorchymyn neu unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i'r gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at y Prif Swyddog, y Gyfraith a Llywodraethu, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Y Rhadyr, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (Cyf: Cou-2025-17164) erbyn 29ain Hydref 2025 fan bellaf. Nodwch ar ba sail y cânt eu gwneud. 

Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau o'r fath yn briodol, neu os caiff unrhyw sylwadau a wneir felly eu tynnu'n ôl, gall Cyngor Sir Fynwy ei hun gadarnhau'r gorchymyn fel gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad.  Os anfonir y Gorchymyn at Weinidogion Cymru i'w gadarnhau caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau na chafodd eu tynnu'n ôl eu hanfon gyda'r gorchymyn.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 61 (PART) CALDICOT ALSO KNOWN AS FOOTPATH 7 (PART) CAERWENT PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER  

The above order was made on 23rd September 2025 The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from point B (ST4569190204) West South Westerly for 103m to point A (ST4560190158) and create an alternative footpath on a line running from point B West South Westerly at 2m width for 41m to a field gate at point C (ST4565490189), from C South South Westerly at 3m width for 47m to join the county road at point D (ST4563490147) as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Caldicot Community Hub, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm. Any representation about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Chief Officer, Law and Governance, Monmouthshire County Council, The Rhadyr, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA (Ref: Cou-2025-17164) not later than 29th October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Monmouthshire County Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
