NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 61 (PART) CALDICOT ALSO KNOWN AS FOOTPATH 7 (PART) CAERWENT PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER
The above order was made on 23rd September 2025 The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from point B (ST4569190204) West South Westerly for 103m to point A (ST4560190158) and create an alternative footpath on a line running from point B West South Westerly at 2m width for 41m to a field gate at point C (ST4565490189), from C South South Westerly at 3m width for 47m to join the county road at point D (ST4563490147) as shown on the order map.

Any representation about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Chief Officer, Law and Governance, Monmouthshire County Council, The Rhadyr, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA (Ref: Cou-2025-17164) not later than 29th October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Monmouthshire County Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
