What is happening?
Borough of Telford and Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin A41 Bloomsbury Sc Boundary To Chester Road, A41 To A518 Roundabout, A41 Stafford Road Roundabout, Newport (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2025 and under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order will be to introduce a temporary 30mph speed limit to maintain safety for road users. The order becomes operational from the 30/9/25.
The following roads are affected: A41 Bloomsbury Sc Boundary To Chester Road, Newport from its jcn with Forton Rd Rbt to its jcn with A41 From Hand Lane jcn To Wrekin District Council Boundary. A41 To A518 Roundabout, Newport in its entirety A41 Stafford Road Roundabout, Newport in its entirety. The maximum duration is 18 months.
