(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic and prohibiting the waiting and loading of vehicles at any time on Howard Pl ( from Abbotsford Cres to Hope St ).
The Order is to allow SPEN works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 01/10/25 to 14/10/25 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Abbotsford Cres, City Rd and Market St. Access for emergency services vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
