C35M TARLAND – TEMPORARY CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C35m Tarland – 22.09.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 22.09.25 for a period of 10 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C35m, Tarland from the junction with the U38m to the junction leading to Drummy Wood.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow fibre infrastructure installation works to be carried out. An alternative route is available via Burnside Road, Bridge Street, B9119 (Tarland), B9119 (Aboyne), A97 (Aboyne), A97 (Tarland), C35m (Tarland) and vice versa.
