THE FIFE COUNCIL (ALFRED DUNHILL LINKS CHAMPIONSHIP - ST ANDREWS)

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

Fife Council has made an Order under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 regulating traffic as specified in the Schedules below.

The Order is to safeguard the public and assist the free flow of traffic during the period of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2025 and will be operational during the dates specified. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.

ST ANDREWS – Gibson Pl; Old Station Rd; Grannie Clark’s Wynd; The Links (Links Rd); Old Guardbridge Rd (from the A91 near North Haugh to the A91 near Strathtyrum Farm); and Bruce Embankment Car Park.

01/10/25 to 04/10/25

KINGSBARNS – Public Car Park at the extremity of Back Stile Road and Back Stile (from Seagate easterly to the entrance to the public car park).

04/10/25 from 19:30 to 20:50

West Sands Rd – Entire Length

SCHEDULE 2 – TEMPORARY “NO WAITING AT ANY TIME” RESTRICTIONS

ST ANDREWS Pilmour Pl; Ellice Pl; Playfair Terr and the whole length of the former St Andrews to Guardbridge Rd (from the A91 nr North Haugh to the A91 near Strathtyrum Farm).

SCHEDULE 3 – TEMPORARY 30 M.P.H. SPEED RESTRICTION

29/09/25 to 06/10/25

A91 from a point 100m or thereby south of the north kerbline of Old Guardbridge Rd northwards for 950m.
