What is happening?

U82M LUMSDEN – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (U82M Lumsden - 22.09.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 22.09.25 for 11 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the U82M Lumsden from Mill of Birkenbower to Mid Clova. Emergency and local access will be maintained.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during the laying of a telecommunication duct. Details of the restriction can be viewed online at https://online.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/apps/roadworks/. Any queries should be directed to Kathleen Easton on 01467 539648.
