What is happening?
THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (B865 MILLBURN ROAD, INVERNESS) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT EXTENSION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council on 22 September 2025 made, in terms of Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the above order which will come into operation on 29 September 2025.
The Order was previously advertised by Notice in the Inverness Courier on 6 September 2025 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice.
A copy of the made Order, together with a copy of the relevant plan, can be inspected at the Inverness Service Point, Town House, Castle Street, Inverness, IV1 1JJ from 23 September 2025 to 3 November 2025 during normal opening hours, 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:30. Documents may also be found at
