THE FIFE COUNCIL (BLACK ROAD, KELTY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2025
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of Black Rd (from prop no. 46 to B996 Great North Rd).
The Order is to allow sewer works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 29/09/25 to 27/02/26 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via Main St (B917), Station Rd (A909), Great North Rd (B996). Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
