ROAD TO BE CLOSED: WINCHESTER FOOTPATH 4ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: HAMPTON LANE, ASHMORE ROAD, STOCKERS AVENUE, WINCHESTER FOOTPATH 3 AND CHILBOLTON
