LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
**The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. *) Order 2025 (Various Locations)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 17th September 2025 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 20?? September 2025
The effect of the Orders would be to:
Introduce new ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions as set out in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.
Copies of the Order may be inspected by during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
SCHEDULE 1: –
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting at Any Time: –
ANDOVER ROAD, Bromley:
(i) the north side, from a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of Andover Road to a point 10m in an easterly direction on Andover Road;
(ii) the south side, from a point 10m south of the southern kerbline of Andover Road to a point 10m in an easterly direction on Andover Road.
ALLINGTON ROAD, Bromley:
(i) the west side, from a point 10m west of the western kerbline of Andover Road to a point 10m in a southerly direction on Allington Road;
(ii) the east side, from a point 10m east of the eastern kerbline of Andover Road to a point 10m in a southerly direction on Allington Road.
CRAY AVENUE, ORPINGTON:
(a) the east side, from a point 2.63m south of the extended common boundary line of Nos 10 and 11 Carlton Parade to a point 21.14m north of the extended southern party wall of No.75 Cray Avenue.
(b) the west side, from a point 2.63m south of the extended common boundary line of Nos 10 and 11 Carlton Parade to a point 6.23m north of the extended common building line of No.75 and 77 Cray Avenue.
HOMESDALE ROAD, northwest side, from a point 9m west of the northern kerbline of Woldham Road, to a point 14m north on Woldham Road.
WOLDHAM ROAD, east side, from a point 12m north of the eastern kerbline of Woldham Road to a point 3.9m northeast on Old Homesdale Road.
OLD HOMESDALE ROAD, from a point 6m north of the northeastern kerbline of Woldham Road to a point on the extended common building line of Nos 24 and 26 Homesdale Road.
HAYNE ROAD, southeast side:
(i) remove the 5m bay outside No.23-46 and replace with a single yellow line.
(ii) amend the 5.3m bay outside Nos.1-22 Hayne Road to 4m bay and introduce a 4m single yellow line.
(iii) replace the 6.3m bay outside Nos. 1-22 and replace with a single yellow line.
(iv) remove the 5.2m bay and replace with single yellow line.
STATION ESTATE, BECKENHAM, install a single yellow line from a point 4.66m northwest of the extended western building line of Nos. 11 and 12 Station Estate for 28m in an easterly direction.
WARREN ROAD, CHELSFIELD, northwest side, from a point 12m west of the northwestern kerbline of Buck Cross Road at its junction with Warren Road to a point 20m westwards.
WILLIAM BOOTH ROAD, (i) northeast side, from a point 10m northeast of the northern kerbline of William Boot Road to a point 10m in easterly direction on George Grove Road.
(ii) southwest side, from a point 10m southeast of the southern kerbline of William Boot Road to a point 7.1m in an easterly direction.
WOODSIDE AVENUE,
(i) the northeast side, from a point 10m north of the northern kerbline of Woodside Avenue to a point 10m in an easterly direction on Woodside Avenue.
(ii) the southeast side, from a point 10m south of the southern kerbline of Woodside to a point 10m in an easterly direction on Woodside Avenue.
