RHODDIR RHYBUDD DRWY HYN fod Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro yn rhinwedd y pwerau a ddirprwywyd iddo gan yr awdurdod traffig statudol, Cyngor Sir Penfro) yn bwriadu gwneud gorchymyn, heb fod yn llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio’r Traffig 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd).

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd:

Llwybr Ceffylau Cyhoeddus SP46/8

Gwahardd traffig ar droed neu ar gefn ceffyl bob amser, o’i gyffordd â’r A478 (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1257 0189) a mynd tua’r De-ddwyrain am 265m i’r Gogledd-ddwyrain am 125m cyn mynd tua’r De-ddwyrain am 77m i gyrrd â llwybr ceffyl cyhoeddus SP46/7 (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1284 0171).

Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus SP46/6

Gwahardd traffig ar droed bob amser, o’i gyffordd â llwybr ceffyl cyhoeddus SP46/8 (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1271 0168) a mynd tua’r Gogledd-orllewin am bellter o tua 308m i ymgwrdd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus SP46/5 (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1282 0196).

Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus SP46/29

Gwahardd traffig ar droed bob amser, o’i gyffordd â llwybr ceffyl cyhoeddus SP46/8 (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1272 0168) sy’n mynd yn gyffredinol tua’r de am bellter o tua 320m i bwynt i’r Gogledd-orllewin o fynwent yr eglwys (Cyfeirnod Grid OS SN 1278 0140).

Mae eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn i ganiatáu mynediad i unrhyw un neu safle sydd â fynediad i’r llwybr er rheithiol arni lle nad oes unrhyw fodd addas arall o fynediad neu mewn cysylltiad â chyflawni unrhyw waith arfaethedig.

Mae angen cau y llwybr dros dro er mwyn galluogi adeiladu datblygiad preswyl yn unol â chaniatâd cynllunio (Cyf NP/23/0458/RES sy’n gysylltiedig a chaniatad cynllunio NP/19/0361/OUT).

Daw’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig i rym ar y 24ain Medi 2025. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn para’h uchafswm o 24 mis oni chwithir mewn unrhyw fodd. NOTICE OF INTENTION

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)(AS AMENDED)

PEMBROKESHIRE COAST NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY

PUBLIC FOOTPATH SP46/6 (PART), PUBLIC FOOTPATH SP46/29 (PART), & BRIDLEWAY SP46/8 (PART), IN THE COMMUNITY OF TENBY, PEMBROKESHIRE

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (by virtue of the powers delegated to it by the statutory traffic authority; Pembrokeshire County Council) intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order will be to:

Public Bridleway SP46/8

Prohibit traffic on foot or on horseback at all times, from its junction with the A478 (OS Grid Reference SN 1257 0189) heading South East for 265m to then head North East for 125m before heading South East for 77m to meet public bridleway SP46/7 (OS Grid Reference SN 1284 0171).

Public Footpath SP46/6

Prohibit traffic on foot at all times, from its junction with public bridleway SP46/8 (OS Grid Reference SN 1271 0168) heading North West for a distance of approximately 308m to meet public footpath SP46/5 (OS Grid Reference SN 1282 0196).

Public Footpath SP46/29

Prohibit traffic on foot at all times, from its junction with public bridleway SP46/8 (OS Grid Reference SN 1272 0168) heading generally south for a distance of approximately 320m to a point to the North West of church cemetery (OS Grid Reference SN 1278 0140).

There are exemptions in the Order to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other suitable form of access or in connection with the execution of any proposed works.

This temporary closure is required to enable the construction of a residential development in accordance with planning permission (Ref NP/23/0458/RES associated with planning permission NP/19/0361/OUT).

The proposed Order will come into force on the 24th September 2025. The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 24 months. The alternative route for pedestrians will be indicated by signage and maps on site.
