The County of Cornwall (Various Roads Falmouth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 10th October 2025.
Roads subject to prohibition - Ashfield Gardens and Road From Ashfield Gardens To Ashfield Road, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Ashfield Gardens and Road From Ashfield Gardens To Ashfield Road, Falmouth for their entire lengths.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1730, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
Road subject to prohibition - Glasney Place, Penryn for its entire length. Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in Penryn.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Roads subject to prohibition - Woodlane and Swanpool Street for their entire lengths, New Street between the junctions of Swanpool Street and Quay Hill, Quay Hill for its entire length, Albany Road between the junctions of Woodlane and Cambridge Place, Trelawney Road between the junctions of Woodlane and Florence Terrace, Wodehouse Terrace between the junctions of Woodlane and Minnie Place, Grovehill Crescent between the junctions of Woodlane and Grovehill Drice, Pikes Hill for its entire length and Gyllyng Street between the junctions of Swanpool Street and Pikes Hill, Falmouth.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Falmouth.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Zelah.
This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 24th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for patching and road marking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th October 2025 to 17th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Gyllyngvase Road, Falmouth for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro.
This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th October 2025 to 21st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Carclew Street, Truro between the junctions of Chapel Row and William Street.
