TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

Stock Street, Paisley

The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby give notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:

Stock Street, Paisley – From Neilston Road to 54 Stock Street.

Reason for Restriction – Structure Repair

Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this notice will be moved out of the works area. Emergency access will be maintained. Access to premises will be maintained where possible.

Alternative Routes: Rowan Street, Espedair Street, Barterholm Road and vice versa.

This notice will be in force from Monday 29th September 2025 to Monday 13th October 2025.

This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
