Smithfield Loan, Alloa (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Smithfield Loan, Alloa) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2nd September 2025: where there will be a temporary speed restriction of 20 mph zone at Smithfield Loan, Alloa (From its junction with The Harland, westwards for a distance of 215 metres or thereby). The order runs from 0800 hours on Monday 29th September 2025 for a period of 8 months. The temporary speed restriction is required for road safety during the construction phase of the Wellness Hub.
Various Streets, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20th August 2025: Where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Scott Crescent, Alloa (From a point 20 metres southwards of its junction with Engelen Drive, westwards for a distance of 70 metres or thereby). Englen Drive, Alloa (From its junction with Scott Crescent, southwards for a distance of 162 metres or thereby). Diversion – via Devonway. The order runs from 0730 hours on Monday 29th September 2025 until 1600 hours on Friday 10th October 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
