TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Glebe Street, Renfrew
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Renfrew in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Glebe Street, Renfrew – Between Millburn Roundabout and the junction of Sandy Road.
Reason for Restriction: Carriageway Resurfacing.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this notice will be removed out of the work area. Emergency access will be maintained. Access to premises will be maintained where possible.
Alternative Routes: Millburn Roundabout, High Street, Hairst Street, Paisley Road and vice versa.
This notice will be in force from Monday 06th October 2025 to Friday 19th October 2025.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
