RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Pen y Cefn i’r A543 Bylchau o’i chyffordd â’r A543 i gyffordd Plas Panton.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith BT. Caniateir mynediad i gerbydau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd yr A543 ymlaen i’r A544 ac yn ôl ar Ben y Cefn i’r A543 ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 6 Hydref 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na pythefnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Pen y Cefn to A543 Bylchau) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Pen y Cefn to A543 Bylchau from the junction of the A543 to the junction of Plas Panton.

The Order is necessary to facilitate BT works. Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via the A543 onto the A544 and back onto Pen y Cefn to A543 and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 6 October 2025.

It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 2 weeks.
