Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim cyn na 7 diwrnod o 17 Medi 2025, sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio Stryd Llanrhydd, Rhuthun yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn tua’r dwyrain o’i chyffordd â’r fynedfa i Ysbyty Cymunedol Rhuthun i’w chyffordd gyda Bryn Coch.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i SP Energy Networks wneud gwaith trydanol. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion ar y llwybr amgen ar hyd A525, A494, B5429, croesffordd Bathafarn Hall i gyffordd Stryd Llanrhydd.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 6 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 9 Hydref 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

LLANRHYDD STREET, RUTHIN

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 17th September 2025 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using Llanrhydd Street, Ruthin in the County of Denbigh extending eastward from its junction with access road to Ruthin Community Hospital to its junction with Bryn Coch.

The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works by SP Energy Networks. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The signposted alternative route will be via A525, A494, B5429, Bathafarn Hall crossroads to Llanrhydd Street junction.

The Order is effective from 6th October 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 9th October 2025.
