Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cyn na 7 diwrnod o’r 17 Medi 2025, sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd ffordd Dosbarth III a elwir yn Quarries Road o Pant y Maes i’r A543 Nantglyn yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o’i chyffordd â’r A543 am bellter o oddeutu 780 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn i Sunbelt Rentals wneud gwaith ar geblau ffibr ar ran Openreach.

Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Nid oes unrhyw lwybr amgen.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 6 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 17 Hydref 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

CLASS III ROAD, QUARRIES ROAD NANTGLYN

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 17th September 2025 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of Class III road known as Quarries Road from Pant y Maen to A543, Nantglyn in the County of Denbigh, which extends eastwards from its junction with A543 for a distance of approximately 780 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate overhead fibre cabling works by Sunbelt Rentals on behalf of Openreach.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There is no alternative route.

The Order is effective from 6th October 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 17th October 2025.
