BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
OFF-STREET CAR PARK CHARGES - NOTICE OF VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council, under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act 1991, by this notice of variation, hereby amend the Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Control of Off-Street Parking) Order 2024 No. 2 so that the current car parking charges in the car parks referred to in the Schedule below shall be revised and superseded by the following new tariff structures.
The provisions of Schedule 1 to this Notice will take permanent effect on 1st October 2025.
