Order made: To close that part of C2062 Rocky Lane from its junction with U21201 Valley Road to its junction with U21537 Hinton Fields.
Reason: Water main replacement by STW.
Alternative route: C2062 Rocky Lane (part), B4091 Stourbridge Road, U20201 Bournheath Road, U20201 Brook Road, C2062 Dordale Road, C2062 Doctors Hill, C2062 Rocky Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 22nd September 2025.
(U23220 Hewell Lane, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U23220 Hewell Lane from its junction with C2174 Hewell Road to its junction with C2151 Fiery Hill Road.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: C2174 Hewell Road, B4120 Bittell Road, C2151 Fiery Hill Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days.
Commencing: 9th October 2025.
(U23004 Ten Ashes Lane, Cofton Hackett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U23004 Ten Ashes Lane from its junction with U23005 Lickey Coppice to its junction with U23006 Groveley Lane Service Road.
Reason: Safe working for overhead fibre cabling work by Openreach.
Alternative route: U23004 Ten Ashes Lane (part), B4120 Barnt Green Road, B4096 Groveley Lane, U23004 Ten Ashes Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 18th September 2025.
(U21201 Valley Road, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U21201 Valley Road from its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill to its junction with U21202 Valley Road.
Reason: Water main replacement by Forkers Limited.
Alternative route: U21201 Valley Road (part), C2062 Doctors Hill, C2062 Dordale Road, C2059 Woodcote Lane, A448 Kidderminster Road, U21000 Perryfields Road, U21000 Fockbury Mill Lane, U21204 Snakes Lake Lane, U21202 Bromsgrove Road, U21201 Valley Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days.
Commencing: 13th October 2025.
(U20003 Priory Road, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U20003 Priory Road from its junction with U20004 Church Road to its junction with U20002 Fockbury Road.
Reason: Remedial work to replace kerb and tarmac patches by STW.
Alternative route: U20003 Priory Road (part), U20002 Fockbury Road, U20007 Alfreds Well, U20007 Warbage Lane, U20003 Priory Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs).

(C2280 Wildmoor Lane, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2280 Wildmoor Lane from its junction with U21543 Golden Cross Lane to its junction with U21557 Springs Ave.
Reason: Utility works by STW.
Alternative route: C2280 Wildmoor Lane (part), B4185 Gibb Lane. B4185 Golden Cross Lane, A38 Birmingham Road, A38 Halesowen Road, A38 Lydiate Ash Roundabout, A491 Sandy Lane, C2280 Top Road, C2280 Wildmoor Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 13th October 2025.
(C2141 Lincomb Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2141 Lincomb Lane from its junction with U40208 Wyneyards Lane for a distance of 50 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: New water connection by STW.
Alternative route: C2141 Lodge Bank, C2142 Bishops Wood Road, U40015 Lincomb Bank, C2141 Lincombe Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 23rd September 2025.
(A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, Bromsgrove) (Footway Closure Only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025 Proposed Order:
To close that part of A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass from junction with U21033 Austin Road for a distance of 356 metres in a northerly direction along the A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass.
Reason: Landscaping and construction work by WCC.
No access for emergency services, must follow diversion route.
Alternative route: A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass (part), C2164 Charford Road, U21031 Lyttleton Ave, U21130 Gilberto Road, U21033 Austin Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 169 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 22nd September 2025.
(A38 Redditch Road, Stoke Heath) (Lay-By Only Closure) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025 Proposed Order:
To close that part of A38 Redditch Road from its junction with A38 Redditch Road Lay-by for its entire length.
Reason: To facilitate the A38 BREP scheme project by WCC.
Alternative route: No diversion available as it is a lay-by only closure.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 234 days (24hrs) continuing on from 12th September 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: To Permit Access To Any Land Or Premises Fronting The Highway Affected Where There Is No Other Form Of Access; And To Allow The
Works To Be Undertaken.
