To close that part of Closure 1 - A4189 Warwick Highway from its junction with A4189 Warwick Highway Roundabout, for a distance of 800 metres in a westerly direction and easterly direction.
Closure 2 - C2101 Eastbound entry slip road to A4189 from its junction with C2101 Holloway Drive Roundabout to its junction with A4189 Warwick Highway.
Closure 3 - U33322 Eastbound entry slip road to A4189 Warwick Highway from its junction with U33322 Warwick Highway to its junction with A4189 Warwick Highway. Reason: Overhead works by National Grid.
Alternative route: Closure 1 Diversion - A4189 Warwick Highway (part), A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway into Warwickshire, A4189 Warwick Highway (part) and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of C2038 Astwood Lane from its junction with C2038 Feckenham Road to its junction with U30013 Rockhill Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.

Order made: To close that part of U30018 New Road from its junction with U30015 Avenue Road to its junction with A441 Evesham Road.
Reason: Utility work by STW.
Alternative route: U30015 Avenue Road, A441 Evesham Road, U30018 New Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Order made: To close that part of U30007 Blaze Lane from its junction with U30004 Clayfields for a distance of 150 metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Utility work by Openreach.

Proposed Order: To close that part of A441 Birmingham Road from its junction with A441 Cobbs Barn Farm Roundabout to its junction with B4101 Dagnell End Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: B4101 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway into Warwickshire, A435 Alcester Road, A435 Portway Island, A435 Alcester Road, A435 Hollywood Bypass into Birmingham, A441 Birmingham Road (part),
A441 Alvechurch Bypass and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (20:00-05:00) between 8th October 2025 and 20th October 2025.
(U23426 Haslucks Green Road, Majors Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of Haslucks Green Road from its junction with U23431 Drawbridge Road for a distance of 230 metres in a north easterly direction until the boundary with Solihull.
Reason: Utility work by Cadent.
Alternative route: U23426 Haslucks Green Road (part), U23424 Haslucks Green Road, U23433 Peterbrook Road into Solihull and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 8th October 2025.
(C2175 Seafield Lane, Portway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2175 Seafield Lane from its junction with B4101 Beoley Lane to its junction with U23607 Cherry Pit Lane.
Reason: Utility work by Openreach.
Alternative route: B4101 Beoley Lane, B4101 Church Hill, C2044 Icknield Street, C2044 Lilley Green Road, C2175 Billesley Lane, C2175 Seafield Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 8th October 2025.
(C2178 Brockhill Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2178 Brockhill Lane from its northerly junction with U31094 Wheelers Lane to its junction with U31042 Butlers Hill Lane.
Reason: Safe working area for engineers to access telegraph poles to provide fibre overhead cabling by Openreach.
Alternative route: U31042 Butlers Hill Lane, B4184 Butlers Lane Roundabout, B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4096 Hewell Lane, C2178 Brockhill Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

(A4023 Coventry Highway, Redditch) (Westbound entry slip road) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close part of A4023 Coventry Highway (westbound entry slip road) from its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout with B4497 Battens Drive to its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Alternative route: A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout with B4497 Battens Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway (eastbound), A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout with C2123 Alders Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway (westbound).
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:00-05:00) between 10th October 2025 and 24th October 2025.
(U23412 Barkers Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U23412 Barkers Lane from its junction with A435 Alcester Road for a distance of 370 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.
Alternative route: Southbound Diversion: A435 Alcester Road, A435 Portway Roundabout into Warwickshire, C2040 Mill Lane, C2040 Tanners Green Lane, U23412 Barkers Lane (part) and vice versa.
Northbound Diversion: U23412 Barkers Lane (part), C2040 Tanners Green Lane, A435 Alcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.
Commencing: 22nd September 2025.
(U23402 Packhorse Lane, Kings Norton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U23402 Packhorse Lane from its junction with U23403 Baccabox Lane to its junction with C2040 Middle Lane.
Reason: New gas connection by Cadent.
Alternative route: Diversion Southbound: U23403 Batemans Lane, C2036 Silver Street, C2040 Middle Lane and vice versa.
Diversion Northbound: U23402 Packhorse Lane (part), C2040 Middle Lane,
C2171 Dark Lane, U23403 Baccabox Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 13th October 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: To Permit Access To Any Land Or Premises Fronting The Highway Affected Where There Is No Other Form Of Access; And To Allow The Works To Be Undertaken.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Crossgate Road, Redditch]
On 4th September 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order giving permanent effect to an Experimental Order made on 9th January 2025 which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch:-Crossgate Road (Northeastern side): at a point 12 metres from its junction with upper Crossgate Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southeasterly direction.
(Northeastern side): at a point 46 metres from its junction with upper Crossgate Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southeasterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 25th September 2025.
