Fairlie, Temporary Road Closure Due To Electrical Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - FAIRLIE, RINGWOOD, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Fairlie between its junction with Gorley Road and its junction with a point approximately opposite no.1 Fairlie.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Fairlie, Gorley Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from 29th September 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 12 days, working between the hours of 08:00-17:00).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for JDT Utilities Ltd to carry out electrical works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order, please contact: customer@sgn.co.uk
