NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 45 and 46 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke “The Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Higher Walton, South Ribble Borough) (Consolidation), Order 1997” insofar as it relates to Article 10.
2. Amend the “Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, South Ribble Borough Area)

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
