(FARLEY ROAD, MUCH WENLOCK) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
On 16 September 2025 Shropshire Council made an order to introduce the following parking restrictions around the William Brookes School in Much Wenlock:
Prohibition of stopping on School Keep Clear entrance markings

Commencing from a point 102m north of the northern boundary of No.16 The Crescent for a distance of 25.6m in a northerly direction.

ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 2025
On 16 September 2025 Shropshire Council made an order to introduce a
20mph speed limit zone around William Brookes School in Much Wenlock, as follows:
The Crescent
From a point 1 metre north of the northernmost property boundary of No. 10 The Crescent, Much Wenlock TF13 6JF to its junction with Farley Road at Foresters Gardens.
Farley Road
Between its junction with The Crescent at Foresters Gardens and a point 6 metres north of the northern most property boundary of the property known as Harefield, Farley Road, Much Wenlock TF13 6NB
Foresters Gardens
Its entire length
These changes will come into effect on 22 September 2025.
A copy of the order may be examined during normal office hours (8:45am5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:45am-4:00pm on Fridays) at Shropshire Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell, Shrewsbury.
If you wish to question the validity of either Order, or any provisions in them, on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to that Order, you may, within six weeks from 16 September 2025, apply for
that purpose to the High Court.
