NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PRESTON AND SOUTH RIBBLE) (REVOCATIONS (SPEED LIMITS 25-26 NO1)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Sections 82(2) and 83(2) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
Revoke the following:
1) "The County Council Of Lancashire (Restricted Roads)(No.4) Order, 1975" in full.
2) "The County Council Of Lancashire (Restricted Roads)(No.5) Order 1979" in full.
3) "The County Council Of Lancaster (Restricted Roads)(No.3) Order, 1968" in full.
4) "The County Council Of Lancaster (Restricted Roads)(No.8) Order 1969" in full.
5) "The County Council Of Lancashire (Restricted Roads)(No.4) Order 1976" in full.
6) "The Lancashire County Council (Moss Lane, New Longton, South Ribble Borough)(Restricted Road) Order 1996" in full.
7) The "Lancashire County Council (Bilsborrow Lane And Various Roads, Inglewhite, Preston Borough) (Restricted Roads) Order, 1999" in full.
8) "The Borough of Preston (Tag Lane) (Restricted Road) Order 1980" in full.
9) The "Lancashire County Council (Croston Road, Wham Lane, Longton, Chain House Lane, Farrington, Chapel Lane, Longton, Wham Lane, New Longton, South Ribble Borough) (Part Revocation, 30mph And 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2010" insofar as it relates to Items 1. And 2. Of Schedule 2.
10) "The County Council Of Lancashire (Restricted Roads)(No.4) Order 1963" insofar as it relates to Items (2) and (3) of the Schedule.
11) "The County Council Of Lancaster (Restricted Roads)(No.7) Order, 1969" insofar as it relates to Item 2. Of the Schedule.
12) "The County Council Of Lancaster. (Restricted Roads)(No.7) Order 1970" insofar as it relates to the 30mph speed limit (restricted road) on Liverpool Road, from a point 20 yards north-east of its junction with Anchor Drive to a point 112 yards north-east of its junction with Chapel Lane.
13) "The County Council Of Lancaster. (Restricted Roads)(No.3) Order 1973" insofar as it relates to the 30mph speed restriction (restricted road) on Longmeanygate, from a point 109.7 metres north-west of its junction with Leyland Lane in a north-westerly direction to a point 110 metres north-west of its junction with Lowther Drive.
14) "The Lancashire County Council (Nabs Head Lane And Goosefoot Lane, Samlesbury, South Ribble Borough)(Speed Derestriction And Restricted Road) Order 1998" insofar as it relates to Schedule 2.
15) The "Lancashire County Council (D'urton Lane, Highrigg Drive, St John's Court, Preston, Preston City) (Revocation, 20, 30 Mph Speed Limits And Restricted Road) Order 2014" insofar as it relates to Schedule 4.
16) "The County Council Of Lancaster (Restricted Roads)(No.6) Order 1969" insofar as it relates to Item 1 of the Schedule.
17) The "Lancashire County Council ( Lea Road And Various Roads, Preston Borough) (Revocation, Restricted Roads And 40mph Speed Limit Order, 1999" insofar as it relates to Items 1., 2. and 6. Of Schedule 1.
18) The "Lancashire County Council (B5269 Cumeragh Lane And Brabiner Lane, Whittingham To Longridge, Preston Borough) (Restricted Road And 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2001" insofar as it relates to Article 1.
19) The "Lancashire County Council (Longton Area, Longton (Various Roads), South Ribble Borough) (20 Mph, Restricted Road And 30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2013" insofar as it relates to Article 2.
