The County of Cornwall (Boslandew Hill, Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath and Road From Todden Coath To Trevithal, Paul) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Paul.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 30th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Boslandew Hill, Paul between the junction of Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath and the property known as Old School West, Road From Boslandew Hill To Toddencoath, Paul for its entire length and Road From Todden Coath To Trevithal, Paul between grid references SW4621526762 and SW4618426809.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Lamorna To Bossava, Road From Junction North East Of Castallack To Bossava, Lamorna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Paul.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 2nd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Heamoor.
This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2025 to 3rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Treneere Lane, Heamoor between the junction of Reens Road and Access to the Old Mill.

The County of Cornwall (Road From The Valley To St Levan, St Levan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Levan.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2025 to 8th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Back Road West, St Ives for its entire length and Porthmeor Beach, St Ives between the junction of Back Road West and The Tate Gallery.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Infra24-159) (St Ives) (Driving Restrictions)(Consolidation) Order 2025 for St Peters Street, St Ives for its entire length.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because sewer cleasing works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 15th October 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 17th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lelant.
This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleansing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 17th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Madron.
This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 2nd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Hayle.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 1st October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Lower Church Street, Hayle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Hayle.
This prohibition is necessary for replacement gas main works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th September 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Lower Church Street, Hayle for its entire length and Chapel Lane, Hayle between the junction of Fore Street and Pools Court.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 8, St Levan for its entire length.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public right of way to carry out repairs to foundering path.
The Order will come into operation on 27th August 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th March 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 27th August 2025 for a period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
