What is happening?
SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
The council proposes to make The Borough Council of Sandwell
(Blackheath Area) (20mph Zone) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle exceeding a speed of 20mph on the roads as shaded on plan number 43749 S/3.
