Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 16/09/2025, gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (U5142 ac C1132 Rhydlewis, Llandysul) (Gwahardd Traffig Trwodd Dros Dro) 2025 i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd sy’n mynd ar hyd y priffyrdd hynny am unryw un Nhwflenlen yr Hysbysiad hwn. Cedwir mynedi i gerddwyr.

Cyfnod 1 – U5142 o gyffordd yr C1132 yn Ysgol Rhydlewis hyd at gyffordd yr C1181. 29/09/2025–02/10/2025.

Byddai’r Gorchymyn ddodi i rym ar 29/09/2025 a bydd yn parhau nes bod y gwaith gosod ceblau a phrofi pollen wedi’i gwblhau — tua 4 wythnos. Efallai y gwna’r Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Cam 1: C1141 o Bont Alltcafan i ffordd breifat yn arwain at Gors. 22/09/2025–03/10/2025.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i’r de o bwynt i’r gogledd o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd bydd teithio ar hyd y C1141 i’r gyffordd â’r A475. Trowch i’r dde i’r A475 gan barhau i’r gyffordd â’r A486. Trowch i’r dde i’r A486 gan barhau i’r cylchfan. Cymrwch yr ail droad ar y cylchfan i’r A486 Ffordd Osgoi Llandysul gan barhau i deithio i’r cylchfan. Cymrwch yr ail droad ar y cylchfan i’r A486 gan barhau i’r gyffordd â’r B4355. Byddai’r Gorchymyn ddodi i rym ar 15/09/2025 a bydd yn parhau heb nes bydd y gwaith o osod ceblau optig ffibr wedi ei gwblhau — tua 8 wythnos. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn para mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 16/09/2025 to make the Ceredigion County Council (U5142 & C1132 Rhydlewis, Llandysul) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along those highways named in the Schedule of this Notice. Pedestrian access maintained.

Schedule:

Phase 1 – U5142 from the junction of the C1132 at Rhydlewis School to the junction of the C1181. 29/09/2025–02/10/2025.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along the C1132 in a southerly direction to its junction with the C1181. Turn left onto the C1181 and travel in a north-easterly direction to its junction with the U5142 and a point east of the closure and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 2 miles.

Phase 2 – C1132 Rhydlewis from the junction of the B4343 to the private road leading to Brynbedw. 06/10/2025–09/10/2025.

The alternative route for southbound traffic from a point north of the closure is to travel in a northerly direction along the C1132 to its junction with the A487. Turn left onto the A487 and travel in a westerly direction to its junction with the B4343. Turn left onto the B4343 and travel in a southerly direction to its junction with the C1132. Turn left onto the C1132 and travel to the point south of the road closure and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 7.7 miles.

Phase 3 – C1132 Rhydlewis from the junction of the B4343 to the private road leading to Brynbedw. 13/10/2025–16/10/2025.

The alternative route for southbound traffic from a point north of the closure is to travel in a northerly direction along the C1132 to its junction with the A487. Turn left onto the A487 and travel in a westerly direction to its junction with the B4343. Turn left onto the B4343 and travel in a southerly direction to its junction with the C1132. Turn left onto the C1132 and travel to the point south of the road closure and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 7.4 miles.

It is intended that the Order will come into force on 29/09/2025 and will continue until cabling and pole testing works have been completed – approximately 4 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (C1141, C1030 & U5288 Bangor Teifi) Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained.

Phase 1: C1141 from Alltcafan Bridge to private road leading to Gors. 15/09/2025–19/09/2025.

There is no alternative route.

The Order was made on 15/09/2025 and will remain in place until the fibre optic cabling works have been completed – approximately 3 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

Phase 1: C1141 from Alltcafan Bridge to private road leading to Gors. 22/09/2025–03/10/2025.

The alternative route for south bound traffic from a point north of the closure is to travel along the C1141 to its junction with the A475. Turn right onto the A475 and travel to its junction with the A486. Turn right onto the A486 and travel to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A486 Llandysul Bypass and continue to travel to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A486 and travel to its junction with the B4335. Turn right onto the B4335 and travel to its junction with the C1141. Turn right onto the C1141 and travel to a point south of the closure. Vice versa for north bound traffic. A total distance of approximately 6.1 miles.

Phase 2: C1141 from Alltcafan Bridge to private road leading to Gors. 22/09/2025–03/10/2025.

The alternative route for south bound traffic from a point north of the closure is to travel along the C1141 to its junction with the A475. Turn right onto the A475 and travel to its junction with the A486. Turn right onto the A486 and travel to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A486 Llandysul Bypass and continue to travel to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A486 and travel to its junction with the B4335. Turn right onto the B4335 and travel to its junction with the C1141. Turn right onto the C1141 and travel to a point south of the closure. Vice versa for north bound traffic. A total distance of approximately 6.1 miles.

Phase 3: C1030 from the entrance of the lane to Penrallt Fachog. 06/10/2025–10/10/2025.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along C1030 to its junction with B4334. Turn left onto the B4334 and travel to its junction with the A484. Turn left onto the A484 and travel to its junction with the B4355. Turn left onto the B4355 and travel to its junction with the C1141. Turn left onto the C1141 and travel to its junction with the C1030. Turn left onto the C1030 and travel to a point east of the closure. Vice versa for westbound traffic. A total distance of approximately 6.1 miles.

Phase 4: C1030 C1141 from the entrance of the lane to Penrallt Fachog. 13/10/2025–17/10/2025.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along C1030 to its junction with B4334. Turn left onto the B4334 and travel to its junction with the A484. Turn left onto the A484 and travel to its junction with the B4355. Turn left onto the B4355 and travel to its junction with the C1141. Turn left onto the C1141 and travel to its junction with the C1030. Turn left onto the C1030 and travel to a point east of the closure. Vice versa for westbound traffic. A total distance of approximately 6.1 miles.

Phase 5: U5288 from the junction of the C1030. 20/10/2025–22/10/2025.

There is no alternative route.
