THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)
(KINGS QUAY, UNDERCLIFFE, DARTMOUTH) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS & PARKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 20/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 23/12/25. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths or cause or permit any vehicle to wait or park on the road adjacent to those lengths of paths. Roads affected: KINGS QUAY, UNDERCLIFFE, DARTMOUTH, (PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS: KINGS QUAY & UNDERCLIFFE) (PARKING SUSPENSION: KINGS QUAY). The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - CLARENCE STREET, BROADSTONE, ZION PLACE, MAYORS AVENUE, & VICE VERSA.
