STREET (PART), WEST STREET (PART),
ALVERTHORPE ROAD (PART), WAKEFIELD
The Council of the City of Wakefield proposes to make the above Order under its powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which, in relation to A642 Horbury Road (part)/Cambridge Street (part)/West Street (part)/Alverthorpe Road (part) is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and On Street Parking Places)(Consolidation Order 2016) by:-
Implementing No Waiting At Any Time waiting restriction on part of the roads to discourage inconsiderate parking and facilitating the passage of vehicular traffic.

It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the roads as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order.
