VARIOUS ROADS) (MOVING TRAFFIC AND SPEED LIMIT) AMENDMENT NO.2 ORDER 2025 (“THE ORDER”) ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE
The Southend-on-Sea City Council hereby gives notice that the Notice of Making published on 29th August 2025 in relation to a Traffic Regulation Order to introduce:
Left Turn Only restriction in the northernmost lane of the eastbound carriageway of the A127 Southend Arterial Road (Kent Elms Junction) into A1015 Rayleigh Road; and
Right Turn Only restriction in the southernmost lane of the eastbound carriageway of the A127 Southend Arterial Road (Kent Elms Junction) into Bridgewater Drive was issued in error.
Accordingly, that Notice of Making dated 29th August 2025 is hereby withdrawn. The Traffic Regulation did not come into operation on the 1st September 2025. Therefore, the changes notified in the Notice dated 29th August 2025 will not amend the Order. The remainder of the Order will remain in full force and effect.
