Garth Lane - Waiting & Loading Restrictions

The North East Lincolnshire Borough Council
(Waiting & Loading Restrictions) (Garth Lane, Grimsby) (No. 25-15) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that on 17th September 2025 North East Lincolnshire Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to:

1. Introduce a No Waiting at Any Time restriction (double yellow lines) on a section of Garth Lane, Grimsby as set out in the Schedules and Plans within the proposed Traffic Regulation Order

2. Introduce a ‘No Loading’ at any time restriction on a section of Garth Lane, Grimsby as set out in the Schedules and Plans within the proposed Traffic Regulation Order

3. The above restrictions are subject to the exemptions set out in the proposed Traffic Regulation Order

The Order will come into force on the 19th September 2025.

If any person wishes to challenge the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
