Derby Lane, Cubley - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate BT Pole Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE DERBY LANE, CUBLEY
WHEN: 06 October and 07 October 2025 (between 09:00 and 15:00 each day).
WHERE: Derby Lane, Cubley between Stone Leigh and Church View.
REASON: To facilitate BT pole replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A515, Leapley Lane, Derby Lane, Hales Green and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
