Stafford Road - Introduce A Road Closure For Essential Works
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (STAFFORD ROAD) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025. The Order will introduce a road closure on Stafford Road, Eccles, from outside number 39 to number 41, M30 9HN. The Order is necessary for essential works to be done. The order is due to come into operation on Monday 20th October 2025 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 28th October 2025. The diversion routes are Monton Road - Cavendish Road - Ellesmere Road.
