Willow Vale - Temporary Road Closure To Ducting Works

Temporary Closure of Willow Vale
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Willow Vale - from outside property number 10 to outside property number 12 Willow Vale. A total distance of 59 metres.
This Order will enable Openreach to carry out ducting works.
The Order becomes effective on 2nd October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 6th October 2025 and last until 7th October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 2 days.
There is no alternative route for this closure. The works promoter will contact residents and businesses directly to discuss access arrangements.
