Ridgeway Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
RIDGEWAY LANE, RIDGEWAY
WHEN: 29 September to 03 October 2025
WHERE: Ridgeway Lane, Ridgeway between its
Jct. with Crich Lane to a point 90m east of the
said Jct.
REASON: To facilitate repairs to STW waste
water apparatus.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Crich Lane, Spanker
Lane, Shop Lane, Slack Lane, Ridgeway Lane
and vice versa. Access will be maintained,
whenever reasonably possible, on the affected
length of road. The road will re-open as soon as
the work is finished. This may be earlier than
advertised. Anyone needing further information

The County Council intends to make an Order
under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by
