North Elmham, Introduction Of 20mph Speed Limit Zone
What is happening?
THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
(NORTH ELMHAM, U3P825 BOARS LANE) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2025
The Norfolk County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 8th September 2025, and which will come into effect on 15th September 2025.
The effect of this Order is to introduce a 20 mph Speed Limit Zone along the U3P825 Boars Hill from its junction with B1110 Holt Road for its entire length, including its turning heads (a distance of 234 metres).

Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of Breckland District Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham NR19 1EE, during normal office hours.
