Park Lane, Weston-On-Trent - Temporary Road Closure For Pole Testing
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE PARK LANE, WESTON-ON-TRENT
WHEN: 03 October 2025 (09:30 to 15:30 only).
WHERE: Park Lane, Weston on Trent from a point approx. 77m West of its Jct. with Trent Lane, for an approx. distance of 47m West.
REASON: To facilitate pole testing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Park Lane, Swarkestone Road, Main Street and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
