NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways, with the support of Cornwall Council, proposes to establish a new Puffin crossing under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Location details are given below.

Comments of support, objections or any other representations, must be sent in writing, with objections specifying the grounds on which they are made, to Cormac Infrastructure Design, Corsery Solutions Ltd, Radnor Road, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EH. Any representations must be received no later than the 8th October 2025.
