(TEMPORARY WAITING AND
LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025
On 8 September 2025 the North Lanarkshire Council made the abovenamed Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on filming works) on Meadow View, Cumbernauld from No.26 Meadow View to its termination by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
Alternative routes: there are no alternative routes.
The Order, will come into operation at 0001 hours on Wednesday, 24 September 2025 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Friday, 10 October 2025.
